An impressive family compound, Ventianni was conceptualized as a residence that would support the needs of a growing family over the next twenty years. A project that included a family home plus indoor and outdoor pools and a sports facility, the technology needs were large and complex.
Further adding to the complexity was the fact that the client is a technology inventor and had specific requirements for the systems we designed. Our team worked closely with the client to confirm that the systems would meet their needs today and provide flexibility for the future. We ensured that all systems were planned for, installed, and programmed properly.
Miles of wire were carefully coordinated to end in eight different network headend locations. More than 230 lighting loads were involved on two different lighting control system layers.
Over the course of many months and many meetings with the client, architect, builder, and subcontractors, our team coordinated the components, solved the design challenges, and ensured that everything was brought together into a cohesive system that would be simple for the homeowner to use.
